We Like Rug Hooking is a digital-only publication. We do not produce any physical/paper copies and don’t offer a mail subscription. We are only available directly on our website at welikeRugHooking.com.

How do I know my password?

When you subscribed online, you should have received your password via email. But don’t worry, you can reset your password anytime to anything you want by going through the forgot password flow.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these four easy steps:

Sign in using your email address and current password at WeLikeRug Hooking.com.
Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access your account information.
Click “Change password” on the right-hand side of the box.
Type in your new password twice and hit the green “Update Profile” button. You will now be able to sign into WeLikeRugHooking.com using your new password.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, follow these four easy steps:

Sign in using your old email address at WeLikeRugHooking.com.
Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to access your account information.
Click “Update email address” on the right-hand side of the box.
Type in your email address and hit the green “Update Profile” button. You will now be able to sign into WeLikeRugHooking.com using your new email address.

How do I Whitelist Emails from We Like Rug Hooking?

How do I print projects off at home?

Members can print off projects at home with just a few clicks! Our printable projects are located at the bottom of article pages; if a article has a printable project, you will see a button at the bottom of the page below the additional project images. Click this button to download the project PDF. For projects that don’t include a PDF component, simply click the printer icon near the project name to create a printer friendly version of your favorite project.

Open your PDF pattern in Adobe acrobat or similar PDF reader. Select File and then Print in portrait mode on an 8.5 x 11-inch page printer.
Once all your pieces are printed, follow the crop marks to cut off excess white edges from each page.
Use the project diagram below to line up your pattern pieces, tape them together and then you’re ready to transfer your design to your rug backing.

What is your continuous service policy?

Hassle-Free Automatic Renewal: To guarantee future savings, your membership will automatically renew and will continue uninterrupted. Unless you cancel, we will bill the credit card on file at the time of your renewal.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may easily cancel the automatic renewal of your membership at any time by logging into your account and clicking the “Disable Continuous Service” button. After your cancellation, you will still have full access to your membership until it expires. If you do not see the button, please contact customer service.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining months of your membership. Please check with your credit card company to determine if they have a time limit for processing a refund of a purchase.

If your credit card company does allow a refund, then the refund will be reimbursed by your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, you will no longer have access to your membership.

If your credit card company denies the refund, then we are unable to process a refund. However, we will cancel the automatic renewal of your membership, and you will still have full access until it expires.
