Sibyl Osicka began hooking in 1982 and received her first accreditation in 1989 and her second in 2003. She has been teaching since 1989 at private workshops and rug camps throughout the USA. She is active with ATHA, TIGHR, and McGown Guild. She has written dye books, Soft is Beautiful 1 & 2 and Creative Journey in Rug Hooking.
