About Mary Barile

Mary Barile learned to hook rugs from her mother and the ladies of the Valley Stream Memorial Junior High School guild in New York. She is an author and editor, and is currently working on a series of history books for young readers. Mary lives on the bluffs above the Missouri River with four very bad dogs who love to nap on hooked rugs.
