Over the past 25 years, Gene Shepherd has written and produced frequent articles, 3 books and many hours of instructional videos for Rug Hooking Magazine. Located in Anaheim, CA, he regularly travels throughout the US and other countries teaching and speaking about the history and artistic skills needed to make and design hand hooked rugs. He is also featured in the Celebration Hall of Fame.
